Led the frontend for their latest B2C application — architected the codebase and product flow from scratch through launch, co-ordinated with top management and product managers for a smooth debut at Web Summit Qatar 2026.
Managed the full product and development lifecycle: analysed requirements, designed delivery timelines, created developer docs and maintained precise development pipelines.
Built intuitive football-analytics visualizations using D3.js and Three.js for a platform presented to numerous international clients. Implemented Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) auth flow and GraphQL integration in close collaboration with the backend team.

Contributed to screen recording app (Electron.js + IPC modules) by adding on-screen camera and building an AWS Lambda Function-Pipeline to convert and transcode video files using S3 and AWS MediaConvert.
Re-vamped the analytics dashboard and funnel mechanism to help the founding team better understand product bottlenecks in the user journey. Improved the utilisation of GA4 events and custom metrics for better and early identification of user pain points in the product.

Led the team to migrate the landing page out of WordPress to Astro to have both improved SEO and agentic development, while maintaining minimal downtime and improved CMS experience. Helped the team to build dynamic pipelines to run SSG (Static Site Generation) builds on content demand.
Designed and developed multiple Proof-of-Concept applications for potential clients across Next.js, Angular, Node.js, Express, Astro, WordPress, AWS, and Module Federation — helping the team evaluate and pitch new technologies with confidence.
